The reasons I'm conflicted

I enjoyed the tasty breakfast varieties and appreciated the helpful staff. The room I stayed in had a great view and was spacious.

Despite the positive aspects, the WiFi connection was poor and some amenities were missing. The hotel felt aged and could benefit from upgrades.

The stay here was really good for international travellers. The very supportive staff were happy to help with all requests. The location was decent, the room was brand-new. There were a mall and a market around the hotel.

great hospitality but minor inconveniences

I appreciated the warm hospitality from the staff, who were helpful throughout my stay. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the cleanliness of the room. The city view was striking.

There was a slight delay during check-out.

That was 1st class hotel set in good area, not far from shopping and Restaurants as well as other attractions of Chennai such as Marina beach/Kappaleshwar temple. The room was maintained well variety in breakfast lobby and available with nice view, all comforts, housekeeping ' mr Prasad. On site rooftop restaurant for both Non-veg and Vegetarian cuisines.

Stocked, newly remodelled units provided with delicious breakfast, good views, as example.

A Nice Stay with Really good Service!

The highlight was the authentic South Indian cuisine at the on-site restaurant, which showcased local flavors. Don't miss the filters coffee for a perfect morning pick-me-up!

Liked the behaviour of employees. They are not shwy but really concerned about the comfort of the guest. I had left behind money in the shirt for laundry. It was returned with a polite note. I appreciate this.

The employees do not look relaxed. They seem to be working under some kind of pressure.

Receptionist was very friendly and efficient, all staff good, city views, pool and close to good beach.

The final verdict on this

The ambiance is good, improved with friendly staff who go above and beyond. I was particularly touched by a cleaning staff member's effort in returning my forgotten charger. Facilities like the gym and pool are well maintained, and the breakfast spread was delicious. Truly a nice stay!

Friendly staff, centrally located, nice food, swimming pool.

The location and the staff were the best part of the hotel. I must say, the staff (Hareesh - the duty manager) in particular was excellent. He tried his best to help when I asked for assstance.

The room furniture was avrage, it could be improved. Particularly the toilets facilities
